Year Plan: your payment

It’s great to have listeners that support Ambient Zone through a Year Plan ; of course ALL support is fantastic! But the extra benefit of Year Plans is that I have an estimated ‘base’ that I can count on, financially, for the period of one year.

Unfortunately, all sorts of things are happening behind the scenes, which means that funds from the annual plans cannot be collected. The number of issues is alarming: at the moment I am writing to almost everyone who has an annual plan that there are problems with the collection of the contribution. I have to send emails almost weekly and kind of ‘ chase you ‘. Reason I do that,  is that otherwise Stripe or Paypal blocks your account and we would have to start over again, going through an extra registration process, which is even more hassle.

It is not fun for me to write to you. In addition, members receive a message from Paypal or Stripe well in advance that the funds will be processed. Provided that you have these notifications enabled of course.

Would those who have an annual plan do me a favor and check their card? Please check your card and account balance, so that the collection goes smoothly. Also check you have activated notifications : ahead of the processing you will get a notification from Stripe / Paypal about the year plan. If you are unable to do this, please email me  so that we can see together how we can tackle things.
