Will my Credit Card / Paypal account be charged right now ?
Yes correct. You will be charged based upon your plan, monthly or yearly as a recurring payment. After a succesful payment you will be redirected to your starting page where you can see the content you have access to. You can download shows and listen online. RSS feed data will be sent to your e-mail address separately (within 24 hrs). This will be configured manually for you, hence the word ‘Private’ RSS feed.
Can I cancel at anytime ?
Yes you can. You can cancel your Membership at any moment, the option is in ‘My Account’. Please note that you will lose access to your account and the content depending on the amount of time that is left since your last payment. If you come back after cancelling your membership you can choose a listening plan again. (Repetitive cancellation + activation of your membership is considered ‘suspicious’ and can result in termination of your account)

Spacemusic podcast – 2 new shows every month
Scanner podcast – regular new shows (Premium/Plus)
The Lab – regular new shows (Premium/Plus)
Ambient Zone TV – regular new videos depending on island circumstances.
Why do I need to pay for this ?
Ambient Zone is delivering high-quality shows and provides the listener with all necessary information to go and buy the original albums / tracks. Our quality standard is something we’re proud of. It’s a fulltime activity. There is no other day job, so we ask for your Support to keep the station online. Without this subscription model this would be impossible.
We use Stripe and Paypal as our payment processors. Both audited by a PCI-certified auditor and certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
What if I want to Upgrade or Downgrade?
No problem! Please go to ‘My Account’ where you can choose your desired Up/Downgrade. It will be instant (keep an eye on your billing date!) You can do this as many times as you like.
